Wrapped & Branded is committed to delivering high-quality custom printing and exceptional service. Because all of our products are made-to-order based on your artwork and specifications, all sales are final. This policy ensures fairness and accuracy across all custom print jobs.

Since each order is custom printed according to your approved artwork, color settings, materials, and specifications, Wrapped & Branded does not accept returns or provide refunds for any custom-printed items.
Once an order has entered production or been completed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or altered.
If your order contains a manufacturing defect caused by Wrapped & Branded, you may request a reprint.
To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Clear photos of the issue
• Photos of the packaging and shipping label
• Your order number and description of the problem
If the issue is confirmed to be a production error, we will issue a reprint at no additional cost.
The following common print issues do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for refund or reprint:
• Slight color variation between digital previews and printed output
• Print quality issues caused by low-resolution or incorrect customer-supplied artwork
• Spelling, grammar, layout, or design errors in customer-submitted files
• Trimming accuracy issues caused by missing bleed or incorrect file setup
• Dissatisfaction with design style after proof approval
• Incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer
• Delays caused by carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx)
• Normal production tolerances for digital and large-format printing
Wrapped & Branded prints in CMYK and industry-standard large-format processes. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.
For projects requiring precise color reproduction, we recommend requesting a paid printed proof prior to full production.
If you request Wrapped & Branded to create or adjust artwork, a non-refundable design fee will be added to your order.
Design fees are non-refundable once work has begun, even if:
• The order is canceled
• The design is not approved for printing
• The customer decides not to proceed
Our designers will work with you to reach a final approved design, but Wrapped & Branded reserves the right to limit revisions based on time, complexity, and account history.
Wrapped & Branded is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by shipping carriers.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you in submitting a carrier claim.
Replacements for carrier-caused damage are not guaranteed.
If Wrapped & Branded offers non-custom items such as tools, blank apparel, accessories, or sample packs, these items may be eligible for return if:
• Returned within 14 days
• Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
Custom products are never eligible for return.
