Preparing your artwork correctly helps us produce the highest print quality possible and ensures a smooth production process.
To ensure the best quality for custom printing, we accept the following file formats:
• PDF (Recommended for all print-ready files)
• PNG (High-resolution only)
• JPG / JPEG
• SVG (vector graphics)
• AI (Adobe Illustrator)
• EPS
• PSD (Photoshop layered files)
All vector artwork should have fonts outlined and images embedded before uploading.
For the best print results, artwork must meet the following requirements:
• Minimum resolution: 300 DPI for small-format printing
• Larger items (e.g., banners, vehicle wraps): resolution may vary by size, but file should remain sharp at full scale
• CMYK color mode (RGB may shift when converted)
• Include required bleed: typically 0.125" on each side (or as specified on our product templates)
• Keep important text inside safe margins
• No crop marks unless requested
Artwork that does not meet print standards may require adjustments or redesign services.
Wrapped & Branded provides pre-sized templates for many of our products. These templates are available for download directly from product pages and include:
• Correct trim size
• Bleed and safe-zone guides
• Recommended layout boundaries
Using our templates ensures that your artwork fits perfectly and reduces the chance of trimming or alignment issues.
All uploaded artwork is reviewed before printing. Our team checks for:
• Resolution issues
• Missing bleed
• Alignment or size errors
• Potential color inconsistencies
Minor adjustments may be made to optimize print quality. If major changes are required, we will contact you for approval before moving forward.
Wrapped & Branded offers professional design services for any product. If you choose “Let Us Design It,” a design fee will be added to your order.
This service includes:
• A custom design built to your specifications
• Initial concept based on your instructions, branding, or ideas
• Multiple layouts or variations depending on project type
Design fees are non-refundable once work has begun, regardless of order cancellation or approval status.
Our designers will work with you to create a design you’re happy with. However, to keep production efficient, Wrapped & Branded uses a fair-use revision policy:
• Reasonable revision rounds are included at our discretion
• Excessive or repeated redesign requests may require additional fees
• Revision limits may vary depending on the complexity of the project and your purchase history
We always aim to deliver a final design that meets your expectations.
Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof (if required for the product).
You are responsible for reviewing:
• Spelling
• Fonts, colors, and layout
• Sizing and placement
• Artwork accuracy
Wrapped & Branded will not begin printing until the design or proof is approved.
Once approved, no changes can be made.
• Uploading your own artwork means you retain full ownership of your design.
• Designs created by Wrapped & Branded remain the property of Wrapped & Branded unless a separate buyout or source-file agreement is purchased.
Printed pieces, mockups, or design previews may be used in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
